The unique unlimited local On-net GSM 249 Pack offers customers the benefit of making unlimited on-net free calls to any local Reliance Mobile on both GSM and CDMA networks for a flat monthly fee.

The unique pack is specially designed for consumers having high local usage and wishing to always be in touch with friends and dear ones. Priced at Rs. 249 with 30-day validity, customers have the comfort of making calls without limits to other Reliance customers. Reliance Mobile Braille Bill services for visually impaired

Reliance Mobile has initiated a first of its kind Customer Service in India by launching a free of cost braille bill service for its visually challenged customers. In this braille bill service, bills will be dispatched to the post paid customers every month providing details of current usage, bill amount, last dues, last payments and adjustments made without any extra charge.

Existing and new Post paid customers of Reliance Mobile can request for the Braille Bill Service by registering with the company through its call center or customer points including over 2500 Reliance World and Reliance Mobile Stores across 700 cities in India. (more…)

Reliance 3G MobileNet gprs plan at Rs 99 with 2.5 GB dataReliance Communications has rolled out its first 3G Internet plan named as ‘MobileNet’. This plan allows for unlimited mobile Internet access for both post-paid as well as pre-paid subscribers and available in over 20,000 cities. With an Easy Charge of Rs. 99 Subscriber can enjoy free internet upto 2.5 GB per month, beyond which usage charges of 10 paise per 10Kb will apply.

The plan is an initiative from the company to create a platform for the roll-out of 3G services in the country and will allow customers access to social networking sites, instant messaging applications, chat services and email accounts like yahoo, gmail and hotmail. RCom is licensed to offer 3G services in 13 Indian circles including Mumbai and Delhi.

Except Mobilenet plan Rcom is also offering  Day Pass @ Rs 5, Weekly Pass @ Rs 29 and Fortnight Pass @ Rs 51 GPRS packs. (more…)

Reliance Simply Suvidha An Emergency Credit facility for Prepaid SubscribersReliance Mobile India Largest Telecom operator has introduced a New Emergency Credit facility named as Simply Suvida – A Value Added Service exclusively for our Reliance Prepaid (Mobile & Hello) subscribers.

Availing Simply Suvidha, prepaid subscribers would be able to continue using specific VAS services uninterrupted despite having insufficient or negative core balance in their account. Automatically, a credit limit of Rs 5 /- to Rs 15 /- is extended to subscribers whose balance is insufficient (i.e. zero or negative) without the subscriber requesting the same.

However, the credit limit is calculated basis the following parametres – Total Voice Usage, VAS usage for last six months & Age on Network. No further upgrade of the above mentioned credit limit would be possible. In case any subscriber’s outgoing call is barred, this service would not be applicable. For a new subscriber (activated within last 30 days), Suvida Limit would be zero ( Means a New subscriber Can not avail this offer ) (more…)
