RCom to launch mutli-lingual mobile portal R World

Reliance Communications (RCom) has announced its plans to roll-out a next generation mobile portal, R World, for delivering mobile Internet and data services to its over 125 million customers.
RCom intends to offer a new multi-lingual R-World that will offer personalisation option in Hindi, followed by other regional languages. R-World has been designed to deliver content and applications on the mobile platform. RCom will use Motricity’s m-Core platform to deliver advanced services and applications on its 3G, GSM and CDMA mobile platforms.
