@Pramod Well according to my exp. Their speed is Good but connection keeps on disconnecting and customer care executives are novice to listen any support Request.

1, – Using Videocon GPRS 96/-month unlimited plan but not able to use this facility in Micoromax Q5fb so need change SIM from Micromax to Nokia i can use vinternet in Nokia but not able to use in Micromax.
2, – Nokia PC suite not working like Airtel, also not working with manual create dialup connection different different error comes 734,692 ….
3, -calling to customer care executive they doesn’t give you resolution but they are “popat” …mention step guide to follow every time they haven’t extra special skill

I m using Videocon internet services from a month…
Features:
* It has nice downloading speed @20Kbps….but mostly its speed is dropped to just @3Kbps
* It is diconnected frequently….. Internet connection keeps on dropping after 5-10 min… (sometimes upto @30 min)
* Customer Care is just dumb… They will tell u to change the settings else they just keep posting your complaints and nothing happens…. (zero responce)
Recommendation:
Use TATA Docomo instead for Net surfing… Videocon is just a crap…

downloading at nice speed but disconnect frequently..
it will be cleared after one month…
use aircel or docomo instead of videocon.

connection drops frequently after few minutes,, most of time u r unable to connect says packet data not available,,closed by network,, also speed hs also reduced,, go 4 docomo

speed 1 to 2 kb.
For sum time (1 hr at night) its above 15.
They have introduced new offer of rs13 for 3 days go try 4 urself…..
