Reliance MobileNet gprs plan at Rs 99 with 2.5 GB data
Reliance Communications has rolled out its first 3G Internet plan named as ‘MobileNet’. This plan allows for unlimited mobile Internet access for both post-paid as well as pre-paid subscribers and available in over 20,000 cities. With an Easy Charge of Rs. 99 Subscriber can enjoy free internet upto 2.5 GB per month, beyond which usage charges of 10 paise per 10Kb will apply.
The plan is an initiative from the company to create a platform for the roll-out of 3G services in the country and will allow customers access to social networking sites, instant messaging applications, chat services and email accounts like yahoo, gmail and hotmail. RCom is licensed to offer 3G services in 13 Indian circles including Mumbai and Delhi.
Except Mobilenet plan Rcom is also offering Day Pass @ Rs 5, Weekly Pass @ Rs 29 and Fortnight Pass @ Rs 51 GPRS packs.
It seems every Telecom provider is now in the Race to Provide Internet under 100 Rs. ( Equal to 2 $ ) as Airtel, Idea, Vodafone, Uninor, Tata-docomo, Aircel and now Videocon is also offering monthly Gprs packs below 100 Rs. Lets see what will be the Situation of 3G internet in India when its starts getting competition ?
