Micromax, The domestic Mobile Handset maker has revealed their first ever Android OS powered smartphone Micromax ANDRO A60, which is the cheapest Android mobile available in India. Micromax was one of the pioneer to introduce low cost mobiles to India and now the company extended their profile to burgeoning Android market. Videocon, another indegeous company has already introduced an Android OS but with almost double cost. Micromax Andro A60 is Actually a re-branded version of ”ZTE Penguin” handset.
Andro A60 is powered by Android 2.1 Éclair, 600MHz CPU, 3.2Megapixel camera and a 2.8-inch resistive touch screen with 320×240 pixel resolution. This dual-band GSM supports 3G technology and also offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. (more…)
LG Mobile to Launch Lg Optimus One android mobile in India

LG mobile is all set to launch Optimus One; Android powered Smartphone this month in India. Optimus One is country’s first Smartphone that comes with pre-installed Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS. It has features like 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touch screen display at 320x480px resolution, 3Megapixel camera with auto focus.

Huawei Announced Ideos X5 and Ideos X6 Smartphones in India

Huawei, the biggest mobile manufacturer in china has announced its two new Smartphone, Ideos X5 and Ideos X6 for Indian market. Both phones runs on Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo OS and are powered by Qualcomm 1 GHz MSM8255 Snapdragon processor.
Ideos X5 has features like 3.8-inch touch screen display, 5Mega Pixel autofocus camera, 3G,High Definition(HD) video recording and comes with a support for expandable memory slot.
Ideos X6 has design similar to Motorola Droid model nd has features like 4.1-inch WVGA screen display, HD video recording capability, HDMI port, 2GB ROM, 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS,A-GPS and has MicroSD slot.

Meizu M9 Smartphone announced in China; Price, Specification

Meizu one of the biggest mobile handset manufacturer in China, has just announced its newest Apple iPhone Lookalike Smartphone Meizu M9. This Smartphone is considered as the killer phone for the upcoming Apple’s Iphone 4G and assumed to be the most anticipated Smartphone in china this year.
Meizu Company CEO Jack Wong, has confirmed that Meizu M9 will adopt Android 2.1 and has a support for HDMI 1.3 output port i.e. Meizu M9 will be able to play HD videos . Meizu M9 is powered by Samsung C110 processor (1GHz) and has a 3.6-inch touch screen at a resolution of 720×480. (more…)
