@Prateek Dear at present The only way is to Report about his to Nodal officer or appellate authority of that Telecom company, All Telecom provider have This 2 higher authorities in all states. But chances are very low for them to revert on your problem. ( trai.gov.in/csinterest5.asp ) On other hand TRAI is planning to start A portal for subscribers to post there problems direct to TRAI
just wait for it and pray it doesn’t goes like 3G
