~!~ To connect to a Wifi Network on your Q7 you have to create a New Profile and have to choose WiFi SSID ( Name of wifi connection ) as our Access point . If the Wi-fi connection is DHCP Enabled ( automatic IP ) then its all otherwise you have to Further edit the paired network and fill up the TCP/IP settings in Wifi / Wlan profile .

“For non DHCP Wifi Network Choose DHCP: NO and enter your wifi IP-address, subnemask , Default gateway and DNS servers ( Contact Wi-fi Internet admin for this Details )”

~!~ To use java applications with WiFi first connect to WiFi Internet Profile then Goto Menu > Applications > Java settings > select sim > profile (select the wifi / wlan profile) That’s all

Now all of your JAVA applications like Nimbuzz, Opera etc. will work from connected Wifi internet.
